How to track views on ticket in agent workspace?

I have a requirement where the business wants to see who has viewed an HR case ticket over time, for auditing purposes.

 

There are several tables that would make this possible for the traditional backend UI, but I can't find any OOB solution or table that logs ticket views when viewed from a workspace. Does this exist? Or, is there a table that logs API calls or queries for this data at least?

 

I've looked into the following tables, but they don't appear to have what I need: syslog, syslog_transaction, sysevent, sp_log. If there was something like sys_api_stats, but with a record each API request, that might work also--but I haven't been able to find this.
