How to translate a record producer name and short description to other language on service portal

Hi All,

I am trying add a records for Record producer name and short description in "sys_translated_text" table. But the text is still remain in English language.

Could you please help me on this? Is that the right table to add?

When I am trying to request for translations it is showing as below. These languages are already installed, how can we enable these here?

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar ,

Yeah I have checked and configured the localization settings for the required languages. And as shown below few records got automatically created in localization requested items table.

Will these closed automatically too ?
