How to translate a record producer name and short description to other language on service portal

Hi All,

I am trying add a records for Record producer name and short description in "sys_translated_text" table. But the text is still remain in English language.

Could you please help me on this? Is that the right table to add?

Hi @Joshuu ,

You can translate record producer by following below steps as well.

1. Go to user preferences and select the language for which translations need to be added.

2. Open the record producer and add the translation texts for name, short description or variables etc and save the record.
