how to translate email notification template in different language.

Hi,

I retrieved catalog item name(marked in red), stage, request item number into email notification. i raised request by translating other language but catalog item name still showing into english. the value didnt translate to other language. rest of the values translated correctly. pls help me to fix this.

@BanuMahalakshmi Name field on the catalog item is a translated text field. Could you please check if you have provided the translation for name field on the catalog item? Once the translation for the catalog item name is in place, the translated name will start appearing in the notification.
