Our org has a simplified process for FSM working Work Order Tasks. In platform we updated the asset usage - use asset to have the user first pick the stockroom, then pick the part that is in the stockroom. This consumes the asset and moves it to the WOT location.
We do not have any resources for mobile development and we are struggling. I really want to use the OOB functionality but we do not want to use transfer orders. Is there a way disable this functionality? Our agents are paper based today. We want an easy way for them to use FSM Mobile and to add parts (choosing the stockroom and adding it directly to the WOT makes sense for them). With advanced part sourcing it almost gets us there but it creates the Transfer Order and no one will work these records to push the asset to the personal stockroom. We will be lucky to get them to add notes and parts and close the WOT when their work is complete.
Any suggestions are welcome.
