How to translate the --None-- value in non standard language (with no plugin)?

Hello

I need to translate all my instance in Ukrainian language (completely by myself as there is no plugin for that language). I have a problem to translate the “—None--” value that we can see everywhere when there is a choice to do with default value is –None-- .

I can’t get the place where we can translate this value.

I saw many posts on how to change value –None— by another text in one language but this is not what I want. I just want THE place where the –None—value is translated for all languages.

Regards

Vanessa

Hi there,

You mean something like this:

find_real_file.png

If so, just go to the UI Message table [sys_ui_message], have a record like below:

I've also written an Article about changing out-of-the-box message which might help you:

If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.

Kind regards,

Can you share how you tried exactly? As you can see from the images, I applied this and immediately it works.

Hello

Thanks for your input. It seems to work now.

I saw 2 entries where there was the "none" message and I needed to do it on both to make it work.
