How to trigger another survey or extra questions based on response given to a Survey

HI

I am triggering a survey with 3 options as Smiley ratings

Good Average and Bad. So when Average or Bad or selected I want to populate some more questions as pop up. If this is not possible I want to trigger another survey based on these responses how?

This can be achieved by using Survey Designer and dependency option in the designer while creating new questions.
