Once request is submitted via service portal then automatically for selected cost center " level 1 approver" and "level 2 approver " will trigger via workflow.
(cost center level 1 approver and level 2 approver fields are present in cmn_cost_center table)
Now my requirement is:
For requests it went for cost center level 1 approver to ABC person he did not approved the request after few days cost center level 1 approver is changed from ABC to XYZ person now i want to trigger new approval for same request and the approver is XYZ person same goes for level 2 approver as well we need to check both.
Here main problem is once request is submitted then 2 approval will trigger 1.level 1 approver 2.level 2 approver
How to know which approver is changed on cost center..?
How to achieve this by using schedule job to check every day for requests cost center approver is changed or not if changed then we need to trigger new approval.
