how to trigger powershell script from Servicneow workflow?

Since I'm new to powershell, I have some doubts regarding this..

Actual requirement is > Read variables from SN RITM
> Call Powershell script and pass the variables as parameters
> Read the response back and persist values
> Exceptions should be parseable and captured in workflow

Is the Run script is enough for this?
