How to update checklist item table from the checkbox item?

Hi Everyone,

 

I was working on the UI Builder Checklist, got stuck on adding items to the checklist while on EditMode, as I was unable to determine the variables/fields for the checklist item.

Is there any documentation on how to save the inputs on this checklist?
