How to update the list Layout for all users

Hi,

I have created a data visualization.

Now I want the colums to be static for all users and columns should not be changeable for any user. 

For example below screenshot has colums like number, category, subcategory, service and all...

How to do this . I have configured the configure > list layout and updated the required fields only. But this is working for me only and for other users it is not reflecting

Right click on any column header and select configure List Layout and select the required fields. It will be applicable to all and is captured in update set. Make sure you are changing in the correct view.
