How to Upgrade from ITSM Standard to ITSM Pro or ITSM Enterprise

Hi All,

I want to know what is my current ITSM license and how to check it.

If it is currently in  ITSM Standard means how to upgrade to  ITSM Pro or ITSM Enterprise

Note:  I want to check these details in my Company Demo instance so I can't check the subscription details in the instance.

On a sub prod environments you can install the plugins that are included in Pro and Enterprise at no cost.

However, if you'd like to activate them on production, you better talk to your account representative.

Could you please provide me with the ITSM Pro and ITSM Enterprise plugin name .?

Is there a specific plugin to upgrade to Pro or do you have to update/install each individual plugin?
