How to upload a video

Hi,

I am trying to upload a .mp4 video using System UI -> Videos

After upload a video it is disappearing, can anyone help, I have to set any properties or settings

Hi Shayam,

Is it absolutely necessary that the Video be hosted on ServiceNow? The reason is, video's are large and take up a lot of space on the Database. I'm not sure how large your video is, but that could be a problem. Is it possible to host this video on another Video hosting website (YouTube, Vimeo, DailyMotion)?

What are you trying to do with the video once it is uploaded? Embed it in a knowledge article?
