How to use email template in workflow notification?

Hi,

Is there any option to use email template in workflow notification?
I used <mail_script> but it doesn't work.

I created event, I added event and email template to notification but noting happened, I haven't received email

What did I forgot here to configure?

There is no template option on workflow notification, but you can use "Create Eent" activity to use "event" to trigger regular email notification so you can use email template (Fig 2)
