How to use is(dynamic) One of My Groups

Im trying to use a filter 'Allowed groups is (dynamic) One of My Groups) and then Im clicking copy query in order to use this in A BR query but it takes the sys id of my groups. How can I make it dynamic so that it will take each time the groups of the login user;

True. Unless, Allowed Group is also a reference field to Group table.
