How to use ServiceNow without saving data in table?

I have use-case wherein I have to use  SN i.e. Catalog item, and NOT saving the data in SN db. 

 

Is there a way to use Catalog item without saving the data in SN DB?  Thank you.

Thank you, Ankur. While I understand that the data will be captured, I am actually seeking a way to prevent the data from being saved

What is use case for this? Bcz if you are using / having a tool you must use that. Is it something specific you are or in general in SN.
