How to use Show five-star rating option in knowledge?

Hi,

enable 5 star rating for knowledge articles by checking "Show five-star rating option." to Yes under Knowledge Properties?

i got solution for this but i'm unable to found the options how to use this, can anyone explain how to use ,

please refer the screenshot.

Hi,

There are two properties noted.

One, show five-start rating allows users to give a star rating to a knowledge article they view.

The other property defines the roles that will be allowed to see the average rating of all users on a given article.

To change them, type in sys_properties.list into the navigator, then search for *star_rating in the name.
