Hi @Sai Rakesh2 ,
For me to help you best possible, you need to provide some additional information. How are the two tables related to each other? Should the outcome be one percentage or two different percentages? Please provide as much information as possible, as it will make the feedback much more clear.

hi @AndersBGS
1. Customized table on case
2. change table
We have Change(number) field on customized table
Outcome should come on one percentage only and also I should apply on Breakdowns on both the tables.

Hi @Sai Rakesh2 ,
If I understand you correctly, you have a customized table which is an extension of the sn_customerservice_case table - correct?
The change number on the custom table, is that a reference field?
What should the percentage show?

hi @AndersBGS
1. Yes, extension from case table
2. Yes, it's reference field
3. change field is not empty on case table records / Total number of change on change table
