How to use two tables in automated indicators on single report

How to use two different  tables in automated indicators and the data should be visible on '%' format on monthly basis. Can anyone help me on this..Thanks in Advance..

Why would you make the calculation: "change field is not  empty on case table records / Total number of change on change table". This doesn't make any sense. 

 

But basic, you can just create an indicator source based on the sn_customerservice_case and another indicator source based on the change_request table.
