PA report

I have a report that I fill in every week that shows the the aged incidents and incidents not updated in 7 days. I have managed to get this to be automated through PA but i'm wondering if its possible to get this weeks score to be compared against the last weeks score to see the improvement/decline. Currently i'm having to do the comparison manually.

Hi @joshmorris ,

 

To compare week against the last week score is in general what PA  does by capturing snapshots. Basic you have e.g. week 10 with 10 records that hasn't been updated in a week. Then at week 11 you have 14 not updated in a week. 

 

Above scenario can be updated on a trend line week by week.
