Hi @Annie10 ,

  1. In the filter navigator open live_group_profile.list
  2. Search in the short description for the record identifier
  3. Click the corresponding Name column entry to open the record
  4. The Live Group Members related list will show who has followed the record. If they are no longer following the record the Live Group Members state will be Inactive.

If I could help you with your Query then, please hit the Thumb Icon and mark it as Correct !!

Thanks & Regards,

Hi @Sumanth16

We recently upgraded production instance to Vancouver & see that SNow have re-instated the 'Follow' option.

In the Utah release, ITIL users can see a list of what items they have following.

How do I get to a list of all my followed items? (Incidents, changes etc.) in Vancouver without accessing the table?

Thanks

Hi @Annie10 ,

I don't see any option. Configure the module for that table and provide access to ITIL users.

Hello @Sumanth16

I ran the query and saved in the Favorites.  That works out for the end users.  Thank you
