How to view contextual search Results apart from Short description on HR case

Hi Everyone,

We have a requirement to view Contextual Search Results based on HR service instead of  Short description on the HR case.
I was looking into the Table configurations of Contextual search of my current HR table but i observed that the fields provided in search fields related list are all String Type whereas HR service is reference type.
How do i make the contextual search available based on HR service Then? There should be a workaround because contextual search results have two tabs on HR case i.e. based on Short Description(My Results) and one with the Opened By name (opened By is also a reference field right) where is this coming from.
