Hi,

Pls refer the attached screenshot, i want to get requested for username from order confirmation pop up window after submission of service request. I logged as system administrator but while submission of service request, i selected the requested for value = abel tuter into order confirmation window.

My requirement is - create account name like admin+requested for value into single service request.
