How we can enable delete option for archive records on 'Actions on selected rows'(see the screenshot attached)

How we can enable delete option for archive records on 'Actions on selected rows'(see the screenshot attached) as only read ACLs are allowed on archive tables?

You can't delete them, the UI action for Delete is disabled for archived records. We normally don't delete archived records. Deleting an archive log entry prevents you from restoring the data for the archived records.

You can try creating a Delete UI action

You have an option in the archive module called, Archive Destroy rules.   If this is not precise enough, search for table cleanup.  You will find it under ATF, and once open you can expand the filter to show all Table Cleaner jobs.   This is also referred to as autoflush, and will delete data in mass.
