Hi all,
I've setup Priority Lookup Definitions (Urgency+Impact) for Cases, which is working well.
But now I face the challenge to set the urgency for this priority lookup routine by using the urgency value given to the referenced "Installed Base Item".
Any help would be highly appreciated.
