Hpw to submit a request from MS Teams Virtual Agent without login into ServiceNow instance???

I have created an topic that shows catalog items from Software and Hardware categories.

If user clicks on that topic in MS Teams VA, hyperlinks of Software and Hardware catalogs are showing up.

 

If the user is not logged in to instance, it's asking for login ServiceNow instance.

 

Is there a way to submit a request from MS Teams without logging in to ServiceNow instance???

we can submit a request using inbound email action and the cart API without logging in.
not sure about  from MS Teams VA
