HR agent workspace cases based on Contact type

Hi All,
We want functionality on Home page of HR agent workspace that need to filter the HR cases or HR Tasks count on below available reports like My cases, My Tasks and unassigned Tasks based on contact type.
for ex: need to have Contact type field on home page that should have choices like Chat, Self Service, etc. so if i select the self service then it should filter the My Case or Un assigned case based on self service.

You need to create a indicators, KPIs for this and send it on dashboard.
