Hey all,
As the subject says, I am looking to add new Simple Lists to the Case Creation 2.0 page (because I cannot add new columns to the existing Lists for some reason). So these new lists are based on the existing lists "Cases for subject person", "Cases for opened for" and "Interactions". The HR agent selects a user from the typeahead employee search bar and the lists get automatically updated for that user.
When I add the new lists and create the filter based on what was selected in the search bar, every property I pull from doesn't contain the sys_id of the selected user. Either something is going on behind the scenes that I don't know about to grab that value, or I just don't know what I should be doing.
Advice, anyone?
