We currently have approval reminder notifications set at 24-hours, 48-hours and 72-hours on some HR Catalog items due to the urgency (such as payroll discrepancies). We are running into the following issues and could use some help:
- If the reminders are sent during a holiday or weekend approvers may have multiple reminders before they've had a chance to review, is there a way to script those exceptions in?
- The Opened for is CC'd on the notification for improved visibility but when it is a group approval they are getting spammed with notifications. Is there anything we can do to avoid that but still provide them with the visibility?
