Does anyone know how to configure the activity stream in HR Case Management? For example, if you add a checklist to an HR Service, when you create a case with that HR Service, the check list loads as individual work notes in the HR Case. This then posts in the case history on the portal.
My two questions are:
- Can I do a configuration that prevents the check list from loading into the activity stream? I want it to only show in the check list tab at the bottom of the case.
- If I cannot stop it from loading in the case in the native UI, can I configure it to not load in the case history on the portal? The check lists are a guide for the agents.
