While creating a HR Case from Employee Center, we stated seen this new error
BR : HR Case Custom COE Usage Tracking
What could be the reason :
1) Access Issue ?
2) Licensing Issue ?
Error:
Conditon 'Condition: !hr_LicensingUsage.isSNCProvidedCaseTable(current.sys_class_name.toString())' in business rule 'HR Case Custom COE Usage Tracking' on sn_hr_core_case_workforce_admin: HRC0002130 evaluated to null;
skipping business rule
Any Resolution Proposed?
Thank You!!

Hi,
This worked for us when we started experienced similar issue: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1880210
In other words, go into Application Manager and search for Human Resources Scoped App: Core [sn_hr_core] plugin and run a repair. After repair is done, we no longer experienced this issue.
Hope this helps

Hi There;
I could not import & Commit, but SNOW uploaded the Fix script to fix this error, then everything was good.

SOLUTION PROPOSED:
Please import the attached
'sys_script_include_52502820e7363300809a268b03f6a9a9.xml'
to fix the Script Include.
REASON FOR THE ERROR
The Script Include 'hr_LicensingUsage' appears to be misconfigured as it contains a long, jumbled line of invalid code:
- Hope this Helps 🙂
