HR portal and IT portal Virtual agent chat conflicting on Instance?
We have two portals for IT and HR department. We have already configured virtual agent for IT and Now we have to create VA for HR portal. We have created diff chat experience still we are getting chat of IT VA on HR portal VA and HR VA chat getting in IT portal VA.
