HR Template creates 2 Tasks and more Questions to LINK Template Section

Hi,

first

i installed Human Resources Scoped App: Core.

Created a new Catalog item over Manage HR Catalog.

Linked the auto created template to the item:

In this template i set the HR TASK TEMPLATE as next realted child template:

If i now order the new Item without any Variable it creates 2 Task in the Case Tabel in the same second.

Do you know why?

Also does someone of you have more knowlege or docu about the Link Template Section:

Link Element, i guess it is clear

Next related Child Template should also be clear

Next related Template: Dont know where i can create a next related record or a second or third Tasl

Template Preference Field: unclear

Template Reference: unclear

Thanks for quick answer, i read that before, in my case the Service its Manual, and i dont know why it creates 2 Tasks also your mentioned thread does not answer my Question regarding the Link Section

Hi @Meloper ,

 When you say "Service" is manual, is this the Hr service you are pointing to?
