HR transfered case not transfer attachment HRSD

Hi All / @Ankur Bawiskar / @Community Alums ,
In OOB features we can transferred existing HR Case to new HR case with attachment . In Our Instance for one custom service we have facing issue, means when we transferred case to that particular HR service attachment not move as per transferred case feature but other custom HR service it is working as expected. Could you please help me on it ?
1. I have checked working service as well but nor working move attachment for transferred case that particular HR service.

Its working for other services but one particular custom service not working. No instance not upgrade its older instance.

It seems not working previously also.
