HR transfered case not transfer attachment HRSD

Hi All / @Ankur Bawiskar / @Community Alums ,

In OOB features we can transferred existing HR Case to new HR case with attachment . In Our Instance for one custom service we have facing issue, means when we transferred case to that particular HR service attachment not move as per transferred case feature but other custom HR service it is working as expected. Could you please  help me on it ?

1. I have checked working service as well but nor working move attachment for transferred case that particular HR service.

  1. Configuration Check: Ensure that the configuration for the problematic HR service matches the configuration of the services where the feature is working as expected. This includes any business rules, client scripts, or workflows associated with the attachment transfer process.

  2. Scripted Actions: If there are any scripted actions related to the attachment transfer, review the scripts for any discrepancies or conditions that might prevent the attachment from being transferred for that specific HR service.

  3. Logs: Check the system logs for any errors or warnings related to attachment transfers when the issue occurs. This can provide insights into any underlying issues.

  4. ACLs: Ensure that there are no Access Control Rules (ACLs) that might be preventing the attachment transfer for the specific HR service.

  5. Update Sets: If any recent update sets were applied, review them to see if they might have introduced the issue.
