Hi Coommunity,
After upgrade to utah, there was a strange problem with my PROD instance, but neither DEV nor UAT reproduced the problem.
After I submit a case, an approval record will be generated for user approval. Every time when a specific user's approval record is generated, the system will re-assign the value to the assign to field of the case. The old value and the new value of the assignment are exactly the same as the first value. It's all empty to some user.
Can you tell me why the system repeats the assignment? The old value of the repeated assignment is also empty, the new value is the same as the value of the first assignment, and the sys id is the same.How can I solve this problem?

Hi,
It is hard to find the root cause without knowing the current implementation.
If it is happening for any specific user then check user roles and the Delegates for the assigned to/approver.

It has nothing to do with deletegate.
