We are encountering an issue within the Problem form where the Fix Note, Cause Note, and Workaround fields are displaying with HTML code, rendering the notes unreadable and appearing corrupted. (please see the screenshot)
Additionally, this issue persists when the data is exported into Excel and CSV formats, with the same HTML code showing in the exported files . (please see the screenshots)
