Hello,
I would like to display the comments in HTML for the end users, how can I do it ?
I found that it's possible to make this change for workspaces by setting a system property to true but I didn't find a simple way to do it in the portal.
Thank you

@Mayur2109 , I found an option "Enable Rich Text Editor" on widget "Standard Ticket Tab" that enables rich text on comments, and it works perfectly (just like what we have for journal fields in workspace).

Hi @WA1,
I don't think you can directly create such type of field on service portal. But you can render such field using form widget or catalog variable.
Please check and Mark Helpful and Correct if it really helps you.
