I added a HTML variable in the catalog item. When the end-user choose "Yes" from a question, it makes this HTML variable visible and read-only. Everything works great except that the HTML variable is collapsed when it becomes visible, the end-users have to click on the "+" button to expand the variable to see the content in the Platform UI.
However, the behavior in the Service Portal is different, the HTML variable is expanded when it becomes visible which is what I expected. My question is how to fix this so that it won't collapsed by default when the HTML variable becomes visible in the Platform UI. It is not a good user experience if the end-users need to click on the "+" button to display the content.
