Hi Community,
I am using a Multi-Row Variable Set (MRVS) in a Service Catalog item, and one of the variables in the MRVS is of type HTML. However, when the request is submitted and viewed in the request (REQ), requested item (RITM), or task form, the HTML content is displayed as raw HTML tags instead of being rendered properly.
For example, if the HTML variable contains:
It appears in the MRVS grid as below:
Requirement:
I want the HTML content to be properly rendered in the MRVS grid when viewing the request in the Service Catalog, Service Portal, or on the task form.
Has anyone encountered this issue before? How can I make the HTML variable render correctly inside an MRVS in ServiceNow?
Thanks in advance for your help!

Actually HTML type variable is not supported in MRVS.
That could be the reason it's not rendering and has limitation on how it will be rendered within MRVS

Hi, Yes MRVS doesn't supports HTML Type variables but I deactivated the Business rule which restrict this and was able to add a HTML type variable. But now facing this issue.
Please suggest.

Seems because it's not supported it's not getting rendered correctly.
I will suggest to not alter the OOB behavior and inform customer about the platform limitations.
