Previously there was a Business Rule called "planned task global events" which is now disabled as part of an update from ServiceNow.
Now, everytime someone makes a mention under specific tables of planned task the notifications are not going through.
What is the right way to enable Live Feed for tables or is it supposed as best practice to re-enable the business rule?
