I am adding one parent group in the assignment group any impact another application

Hello everyone,

I need some information regarding our instance. We have several resolver groups, and our task is to add one parent group to all of them. To achieve this, I created a special group where I added all the resolver groups' parent fields. I'm wondering if this change will have any impact on other applications. Can you please advise me on this matter?

No it will not impact, until unless you have any report / condition where group .parent = Empty

Also , if some one assign the record to this parent group, i think all child members can see this. 

Let's wait for experts as well.

Hi Kilo Patron,

This task is purely for reporting purposes. The parent groups are not included in the assignment group list, so I am adding a condition to the dictionary.

Every time I select multiple assignment groups, I create a new group with a parent field to consolidate the data. When I select this group, it displays all the resolver group data, which is my intention.

Thanks for update. Seems you are good to go now. You can create report on parent groyp.
