I am having trouble importing the data source using excel sheet?

Good Morning All,

I am trying to mass import some software assets using data sources and while i set up all the field mapping and try to test it for 4 records, The excel doesn't gets transformed and while i open the ISet and try to reprocess it all   the assets get uploaded and in the right places without any trouble.

Why is it that i have to reprocess it? Please suggest what is it that i am missing?
