I am not able to installed agent workspace

Hi All,

I am using vancouver version in the personal instance but i am not able to see (com.snc.agent_workspace.itsm ) in the plugin section to install agent workspace , Can you guide me correct id  for install agent workspace.

Hi @chandan86patra,

As per the ServiceNow documentation Agent workspace is Deprecated. Please see the below screenshot and link for your reference. Use Service Operations Workspace.
