I am trying to export a report

I have two reports, one is on pm_project and other on dmn_demand tables.

I can export the Project report on excel, while i try to export Demand report, it is getting downloaded but it is empty.

Can someone suggest why is this behaving like this? Any suggestions?

The point is not mapping....I have two different reports, both are not related, I just can't see anything when I download a report which is on dmn_demand

Hi @Taaha M 

As a last option, check with another user to see if they can view the report, and then compare your user ID with theirs using Access Analyzer. If the issue persists, consider logging a ServiceNow support case.

Also, try using cache.do or revoke the Demand role from your profile, then assign it back. Log out and log in again afterward.
