I am unable to enable the Error Handler in Flow Designer.

In the PDI environment, the following message appears in the Error Handler area of Flow Designer.

What action is required to remove the security restriction?

Error Handler section is unavailable due to security restrictions

I did not change any settings.
I see now that I was able to enable the error handler.

I don't know if it was reset by the browser cache or by viewing some screen.

HI @m7777 ,
I trust you are doing great.

  1. Log in to your ServiceNow instance with administrative privileges.
  2. Go to "Flow Designer" in the application navigator.
  3. Click on the "Settings" icon (gear icon) in the top-right corner of the Flow Designer interface.
  4. Select "Security Restrictions" from the dropdown menu.
  5. In the Security Restrictions page, locate the section named "Error Handler" and click on it.
  6. Review the security restrictions that are currently applied to the Error Handler.
  7. If there are any restrictions listed, you will need to modify or remove them to enable the Error Handler functionality.
  8. To modify a restriction, click on the "Edit" icon (pencil icon) next to it, make the necessary changes, and save the changes.
  9. If you want to remove a restriction completely, click on the "Delete" icon (trash can icon) next to it and confirm the deletion.
  10. Once you have modified or removed the security restrictions, the Error Handler section should become available in Flow Designer.
