Hello Everyone,
I have a requirement to reset the password using Virtual Agent. I've installed the required plugins and everything appears to be functioning correctly. However, before resetting the password, the user must enroll themselves. During the enrollment process, questions and answers are provided. Upon selecting the questions and answers, I need to click on the submit button. Unfortunately, after submitting, the enrollment is not successful. I'm unsure why this issue is occurring. Interestingly, the same functionality is working in another instance and enrolling successfully, but in my instance, it's not happening.
Can anyone help me with this?
