I am unable to login to my instance. I could login yesterday successfully. Can someone please help its very important?
HI Everyone,
I request immediate help in this.
I logged in to my personal instance yesterday it worked properly and now I am unable to login. It's my 6 months practice and I need all my data for my learning. Look like everything is lost. Please help. I am getting different url, I am sure it did not expire and it's not taken away from me. However, I see a different user name and a password.
My Instance (Required) : dev39173.service-now.com
Please can someone assist me.
Regards
Azeem Khan

I suggest you to login to the https://developer.servicenow.com/.
Choose Manage->instance and request reset admin password. You should be able to login using the new admin password.

The option Reset admin password shouldn't give you a new instance. This is for a situation, where you have forgotten your password or in case your password doesn't work anymore. If you logged correctly to the site https://developer.servicenow.com/ you should see the instance number that is attached to your account. If you don't see it anymore, or you have requested another instance, you are probably out of luck. There is no official support for the PDI instances AFAIK.
