I'm on a new machine. I've uploaded my bookmarks into the Chrome toolbar. One of them was to get into https://developer.servicenow.com/ . I've logged into that. Another was to fire my instance: https://developer.servicenow.com/app.do#!/instance?wu=true . From here, I click on my instance https://devXXXXX.service-now.com/ . From here I am asked for a username. I don't know this because the credentials were entered through the Chrome browser on my old machine. I've found out that I am to enter "admin" as the username here. But then I am prompted to enter an email address to verify. I entered my email address (the only one I've ever entered into anything on ServiceNow), and I am given the message Invalid response, cannot verify user (admin). Number of attempts: 1. Try again
I have no idea what to do here. Please help.

Daniel, you need to click "action" and then "reset password" from the developer page. Don't navigate to your dev instance.
I posted a screenshot very early on.

are you using servicenow demo instance or your company login ?
if using your company login , try using https://devXXXXX.service-now.com/login.do

The free one. I suppose that's the demo instance? My company has not purchased anything from ServiceNow.

Hey djuncos
- i guess after uploading your bookmarks into browser cache generated, So can please clear your browser cache and try again.
- if you are using client Service-now Instance, might be VPN enabled to your client instance in this can you are unable open your instance out side of your client network.
Thanks,

I can clear the cache. However I don't understand why that would help. Nothing is being entered automatically at this point. I am asked to manually enter a username and then an email, whereas on my old machine this information was entered automatically. Because it was automated on my old machine, I have no idea what was being entered and cannot duplicate it now.
Also, I am on the same network I was working on my instance with previously. The only thing that has changed is the computer that I'm using.
