I can't get into my instance from another computer

I'm on a new machine. I've uploaded my bookmarks into the Chrome toolbar. One of them was to get into   https://developer.servicenow.com/ . I've logged into that. Another was to fire my instance: https://developer.servicenow.com/app.do#!/instance?wu=true . From here, I click on my instance https://devXXXXX.service-now.com/ . From here I am asked for a username. I don't know this because the credentials were entered through the Chrome browser on my old machine. I've found out that I am to enter "admin" as the username here. But then I am prompted to enter an email address to verify. I entered my email address (the only one I've ever entered into anything on ServiceNow), and I am given the message Invalid response, cannot verify user (admin). Number of attempts: 1. Try again

I have no idea what to do here. Please help.

Daniel, you need to click "action" and then "reset password" from the developer page. Don't navigate to your dev instance.

I posted a screenshot very early on.

Daniel,

You should have been emailed credentials for your developer instance. If you forgot your credentials, you can reset them via the developer.servicenow.com website.

Login to developer.servicenow.com and then navigate to Manage > Instance

Click Action and select "Reset Admin Password"

I am never prompted to enter any password.

I am asked for a username, and then for an email.

Originally, I entered my own email as the username, but that resulted in an error. I researched this online, and saw that the correct username is "admin".

So now, when asked to enter a username, I enter "admin", and then I am asked to enter an email to verify. I enter my own email address and am given the message that this response is invalid.

To repeat, I am never given the opportunity to enter a password, so I don't see why resetting it would change anything.

I used the same instance earlier today on my old machine.

Can you post a screenshot of the page your attempting to access with the URL visible?
